• Ensure housing stability for renters by supporting fair, predictable rules including protections against arbitrary evictions for long-time renters so families can plan their lives without fear of sudden displacement.

• Create more housing options for working families and encourage housing at different price points to help teachers, nurses, and first responders stay in the communities where they serve.

• Crack down on predatory practices, deed theft, and illegal lockouts that exploit vulnerable homeowners and renters while supporting the vast majority of property owners who do right by their tenants.
